When I was young I wanted to be a comic book artist. Comic books were my first love. Unfortunately, I soon found out that I had little talent for it and didn't love it enough to keep working at it.
My second love was writing. Much of my school life was spent daydreaming then writing about it later. Somehow I managed to finish high school and even had a couple of years in college.
For much of my life I wrote. It was mostly as a hobby since I decided to spend five and a half years in the Air Force and later to begin a career as an electrician.
Eventually, I did take writing seriously. I have several self-published books on the market. One book is being considered for traditional publishing. I don't want to jinx myself by mentioning the book at this time.
I am glad that I started out in the self-published arena. My writings have greatly improved because of all the feedback I've gotten. Some not so politely. Anyway, I'm here to stay in this business as long as I can.
